1. Vibro wire mesh/screen:

The wire meshes are manufactured from round wire by means of standard weaving. The Vibro wire mesh/screen is characterized by high weaving quality and stable aperture size. The material used has a high dynamic rigidity and a long service life. Also, these screens are distinguished by high seeding efficiency and load-bearing strength. The screens are also suitable for vibrating machine screening and quick machine screening.

2. Dovex wire mesh/screens:

  • flat top surface
  • aperture: □ 40 – 150 mm
  • wire diameter: Ø 6.00 – 12.00 mm
  • max. width: 2,000 mm
  • material: cold drawn steel wire (DIN 17223 A), stainless steel wire (AISI 1.304)

The working surface of the Dovex wire mesh/screen is completely flat.

3. Harp wire mesh/screens:

  • wire diameter: 1.00 – 4.00 mm
  • max. width: 2,000 mm
  • material: cold drawn steel wire (DIN 17223 A), zinc plated wire, stainless steel wire (AISI 1.304)

Harp screens are manufactured from raw smooth longitudinal wires, bound together with transverse wires. They are especially suitable for the screening of damp material, for example for removing small coal chunks or to screen sand. These screens may also be used in the chemical industry.

4. Malong wire mesh/screens:

5. Rima screens:

They are characterized by high precision and compactness. These screens are used in sugar and chemical industries.

6. Resistance spot welded wire mesh/screen:

  • wire diameter: Ø 2.00 – 6.00 mm
  • max. width: 1,500 mm
  • length: 2,500 mm
  • material: cold drawn steel wire (DIN 17223 A), zinc plated wire, stainless steel wire (AISI 1.304)

The screens are manufactured according to standard DIN 4192 F. They are made by welding smooth round rods, which ensure a solid screening surface, strong cross joints, and uniform aperture size. These screens are usually used in coal mines and quarries.

7. Welded wire mesh:

  • wire diameter: 0.028 – 0.50 mm

Due to its outstanding characteristics (such as high resistance, rigidity and compactness, chemical and thermal stability, permeability etc.), welded wire mesh is useful in numerous applications, though it is primarily an ideal material for straining, screening, filtering, separating, as well as for protection, use in reinforced concrete, and as decoration.
